You may request account deletion at any time, but accounts with active subscriptions cannot be deleted until the subscription ends or is canceled.
2. Subscription Plans & Refund Policy
Trademarkable AI offers two annual subscription tiers. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Refund Eligibility (within 30 days of sign-up or renewal):
- Full refund if no trademark filing materials have been generated.
- 50% refund if trademark filing materials have been generated but the application has not been filed.
No Refunds Are Issued:
- Once the trademark application has been filed.
- After 30 days from the original sign-up or renewal date.
- For any government filing fees paid to the USPTO. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Not Legal Advice

5. No Guarantee of Trademark Approval
While we strive to help you prepare a strong application, we do not guarantee that your trademark will be approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any other trademark authority. Approval is at the sole discretion of the applicable trademark office.
6. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
